• Full Estate Settlement Support — patient legal support through the settlement of an estate, including documentation, formal steps, and representation.

Services are provided primarily to clients in Thailand. Where an international dimension is involved, we will advise you on any limitations or the need for additional specialist input before proceeding.

4. Engagement and Instructions

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any Agreement formed under them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

If a disagreement arises, we ask that you contact us in the first instance so that we may seek to resolve the matter informally. We take all concerns seriously and will respond promptly.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation or to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phinai in respect of the matters they cover.
• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment — You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer administrative responsibilities within our practice as needed.
