How long does preparing a will usually take?

For most straightforward situations, a will can be completed within one to two meetings over one to two weeks. More complex estates may take a little longer. We work at the pace that feels right for you and will keep you informed throughout.

Can a foreigner make a will in Thailand?

Yes. Foreign nationals holding property or other assets in Thailand may prepare a will here. The process is similar to that for Thai nationals, and we can advise on any specific considerations that apply to your situation.

What happens if someone passes away without a will in Thailand?
